1.    No purchase necessary.

2        To enter: Complete the official entry form located on the N C Gumball Machine Co. website at http://www.ssmartco.com/gumball. All entries must be received with a valid e-mail address,  entrants name, mailing address and complete telephone number, including an area code. Incomplete entries will not be included in the Monthly Prize drawing. You may enter once each month. The sponsor, N C Gumball Machine Company, is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries. Entries become the property of N C Gumball Machine Co and will not be returned. N C Gumball Machine Co reserves the right to publicize, through normal media channels, the name and likeness of the winning entrant.

3.       Prize details: One Gumball Machine will be awarded every 4 months. Total value $79.90. No prize substitutions will be allowed by the winner. Any applicable taxes on the Grand Prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

4.       Awarding of Prizes: Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. A random drawing will take place a few days after the ending date. The winning entry will be based on the entrant's name and address only, not the entrant's e-mail address. The winning entry will be notified by Email. If the winning entrant does not claim the prize within 72 hours, a  second entry will be drawn. This process will continue until a winning entrant claims the prize.

5.       Odds. The odds of winning the grand prize depends on the number of qualified entries received.

6.       Eligibility: This contest is open to all legal U.S. residents, age 18 and older. Employees of N C Gumball Machine Co and their family and household members are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply. This contest is void where prohibited. N C Gumball Machine Co is not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke the awarding of prizes based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this contest and sweepstakes, entrants waive all rights to and hold harmless N C Gumball Machine Co from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with the participation in this contest or the acceptance or misuse of any prize.

7.       Internet: N C Gumball Machine Co is not responsible for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failures or interrupted or unavailable network, ISP, website, server, internet or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failure, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned on the internet due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, N C Gumball Machine Co reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and sweepstakes. 

8.     N C Gumball Machine Co and its agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. N C Gumball Machine Co. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of  telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by N C Gumball Machine Co on account of technical problems human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's materials in this contest.

9.       CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, N C GUMBALL MACHINE COMPANY  RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  

10.    Information collected in this drawing will remain confidential. It will not be shared with a 3rd party. Names and addresses will only be used by S&S Marketing to inform the entrant periodically of new products, special sales, or new category openings. By filling out the entry form above, the entrant agrees to receive such notices on a periodic basis.
