Who is 4D Marketing?
4D Marketing is a family owned and operated business since its inception in 1975. The founder, Erne Terrazas was the first to pioneer, research and develop Jojoba, (a desert shrub which produces seeds also called beans) as a natural synergetic, cosmetic ingredient. With concern for his own hair loss and clinically diagnosed scalp problem, alopecia, he began using Jojoba, herbs, roots and botanicals as a possible remedy. The results of his research and experimentation resulted in the development of our highly unique and effective ingredient, Ferm-T.

What is Jojoba Ferm-T?
Ferm-T is a distillate made from Jojoba plus 23 other herbs, roots and botanicals. It is processed in a proprietary 60 day enzymatic sequence which includes fermentation and distillation. Our Super Hair Energizer products with Ferm-T react with the skin epidermal and hair follicle and have a mitochondrial reaction that effects numerous bioenergenical capabilities. It deep cleanses the scalp to remove sebum, the wax like secretion produced by the sebaceous glands of the scalp. The hardening of this secretion builds up over the years, contributing to sebum related problems such as hair loss, dandruff, oily scalp and hair. Ferm-T also helps to control and relieve skin disorders such as psoriasis, seborrhea, eczema and acne among many others. Ferm-T is effective in healing cuts, burns and relieves the stinging discomfort of sunburn.
Products that contain Ferm-T have a natural pH balance and promotes moisturizing without residue while supplementing essential nutrients to help combat environmental factors encountered daily by the hair and skin pores.

It is now harder to place our products in stores because we are a small, family owned business, so we have refocused our marketing on mail order and establishing independent distributors to make the products better known. and, word travels fast when customers see results from our Jojoba Ferm-T treatments.

How does Ferm-T stop hair loss and produce thicker, fuller, healthier hair?
One of the main causes of hair loss, thinning hair, dandruff and dry or conversely oily hair and scalp is from sebum. Sebum is a wax like secretion from the hair follicles. Sebum builds up and hardens on the scalp, which clogs the hair follicles and hinders healthy hair growth. Therefore, as a matter of a natural process you lose hair, but they are not being replaced because the hair follicles are clogged. This affects everyone, both male and female, but some people have more sebum secretions. This is the part that is hereditary - the amount of sebum your body produces and discharges. Sebum discharge along with environmental pollutants, hair care products and stress are other factors that can ultimately cause hair and scalp problems.
Sebum build-up cannot be removed simply by shampooing with ordinary shampoos. Super Hair Energizer with Ferm-T will penetrate the hardened layers of build-up, first softening and loosening and eventually removing the build-up from the hair follicles. When the hair follicles are clean and unclogged, they will by nature, produce healthy hair.

Will Ferm-T help male pattern baldness or inherited thinning hair?
Yes. Male pattern baldness is a hereditary condition. But heredity does not mean there is not help. The part that is hereditary is the level of the male hormone, testosterone, that you body will produce. Testosterone affects how much sebum your scalp produces. The more sebum your scalp produces, the more sebum will be discharged and secreted from the hair follicles. The more sebum, the more build-up, the more clogged hair follicles, the more thinning hair and scalp problems you will have. This is the natural cycle of the hereditary condition, but our products help at the point of the scalp.

Is FermT effective for women with hair loss, thinning hair and scalp problems?
Yes! The products are safe and effective for men and women. Although men are more likely to have excessive hair loss and thinning hair, women can also be affected, mainly as they get older. This is because as women age, their levels of testosterone (the male hormone) increases. It is this hormone that dictates the amount of sebum the body produces, and consequently higher levels of testosterone produces high amounts of sebum. When a lot of sebum is produced and secreted, the effect is more build-up on the scalp, more clogged hair follicles and more hair loss and thining with virtually no regrowth.

How does Ferm-T compare to minoxidal, rogaine & similar products?
We have customers tell us they have used drug based products; but saw more and faster results from our products. They also have told us they like the fact that ours is a safe, herbal base as opposed to using a drug. Also, customers are pleased that there are no side effects such as loss of libido, irritation, and long term use before seeing results.

What about side effects?
Super Hair Energizer products have no side effects. Is is herbal based and will not affect libido or your health.
Drug based hair growth treatments carry warnings and report side effects including loss of sexual drive and consumers have also reported irritations on the scalp. Ferm-T is a safe solution.

What types of results can I expect from Super Hair Energizer Products?
You can expect to see results immediately. The immediate results can include a cleaner, healthy scalp and more manageable hair. Other eventual benefits will include reduced amounts of hair loss, relief and control of dandruff, itching and scaling and thicker, fuller, healthier hair.

How soon can I see results?
It will vary from person to person. However, when used daily and according to directions many customers report that their hair feels and looks better and their scalp feels cleaner after 1-2 weeks of use. Many customers report reduced amounts of hair loss within a month and others report seeing new hair as soon as 30 days. You should not be so concerned with how fast growth takes place but rather concentrate on creating the right scalp condition. Once the scalp is clean and healthy the natural progressive hair growth and regeneration occurs at its own rate.

How will I get the greatest results?
Use the products daily and follow the directions. This means shampoo daily using Super Hair Energizer shampoo in place of all other shampoos. Daily use is very important in order to continue removing build-up and preventing additional build-up on the scalp. Use the Follicle Stimulator spray after towel drying the hair and after the reapplication of shampoo mixed with Jojoba Oil. Use the spray a couple of other times during the day too. Concentrate on spraying the areas of the scalp where there is thining and/or scalp problems. It won't hurt to get it on you hair, but it is the scalp that needs it most.

What is the purpose of the Follicle Stimulator spray?
Used after shampooing and between shampoos, Super Hair Follicle Stimulator's purpose is to control sebum build-up and help continue to soften and loosen build-up from the scalp.

Is Super Hair Energizer with Ferm-T complicated to use?
It's Easy and Fast. The whole process takes only about 3-4 minutes per day. Complete instructions are included with each product. It is effective for both men and women. A Super Hair Energizer treatment is as easy as washing and styling your hair, getting to the rootsfor a clean, healthy solution.

After 2 weeks my scalp is tingly and itchy. What causes this?
This feeling is an increase in circulation caused by the natural exfoliation process. This may happen again as buildup layers are loosened and rinsed away. For some, the tingly feeling is hair growing out of once dormant hair follicles that have now been rejuvenated.

I've used your products for less than 2 weeks and notice an increase in fallout, why?
Some hairs are barely held on by hardened sebum and will fall away as the buildup is loosened and removed. Don't become disouraged. Under these conditions, the hair that falls out can be replaced with a new hair once the scalp is healthier. After years of hairloss, it requires a little patience as you create healthy scalp condition that will allow the hair follicle to function properly.

Do I use Super Hair Energizer shampoo in place of other shampoos?
Yes, this special formulated shampoo will replace your other shampoos. All products except for the vitamins include Jojoba Ferm-T which is the key ingredient which cleans, stimulates, nourishes, normalizes, activates and energizes the hair and scalp. For maximum and fastest results, the products should be used daily and according to directions. You'll achieve healthy hair and scalp...Naturally!

Is this for color treated, permed or straightened hair?
Yes, Ferm-T is gentle and safe for hair that has been chemically treated. Ferm-T seals the cuticle layer of the hair which may help treatments last longer. Ferm-T also adds shine and luster to the hair.

What happens if I stop using Ferm-T?
Ferm-T products remove buildup and restore the hair and scalp back to health. Using other products can negatively affect the results you have achieved. Once you obtain your maximum results then you can determine your preference of daily or weekly maintenance with Ferm-T products.
