We do not have models because we will
assist you to design a home that fulfills your requirements and
desires such as more than one master bedroom, home office, or any
other feature you have seen in a larger more expensive model
elsewhere. Our neighborhood represents the quality of
construction you get for about $110.00 a square foot.
If you want a smaller home
with larger master suite, we could do it! Would you prefer
different cabinets, tile, fixtures, or room arrangements? If
you have special needs for your garage, we could do it! If you
want a custom entertainment room, we could do it! You name it
and we could do it for less cost per square foot than a cookie cut
tract home, and we could do it on a view homesite that is more than
twice the size of a regular lot.
