What is Silent-Nite made of?
Silent-Nite is a unique combination of natural herbs and enzymes. (Protease, Amylase, Lipase, Cellulase, Acerola, Peppermint, Fenugreek, Valerian Root and Passion Flower).

How long does it take to work?
Some people have noticed significant results as early as the first day - others as long as 17 days. Be patient. Use the entire bottle. It takes awhile for the body to get used to the herbs and enzymes.

How much do I take?
Dosage is based on the weight of the user. However, each person is unique. We have found that some people can increase or decrease their dosage to fit their own system and obtain the best results. The suggested dosage is: Under 125 lbs. 1-2 tablets, 126-200 lbs. 2-3 tablets, over 200 lbs. 3-5 tablets. DON'T BE AFRAID TO VARY YOUR DOSAGE. Find whatever works best for you. Severe allergies, smoking, or evening alcohol consumption tends to make snoring worse. These conditions may rquire you to increase your dosage by one half to one tablet in order to obtain the maximum benefits from Silent-Nite.

When do I take Silent-Nite?

Should I eat something when I take my dosage?
Silent-Nite works best when taken on an empty stomach. Do not eat or snack heavily for two hours prior to taking Silent-Nite.

Does food effect Silent-Nite?
No, but certain foods increase the production of mucous which can lead to more severe snoring. Dairy foods such as milk, butter, cheese, and creams are the worst offenders. These types of foods should be limited or eliminated two hours prior to bedtime.

Is Silent-Nite safe for everyone?
Silent-Nite is all natural and therefore drug free. It has been shown to be safe for both adults and children. However, for women pregnant or breast feeding, or anyone on medication, it is best to check with a physican first.

What about my allergies?
The unique blend of herbs and enzymes should eliminate excess mucous which could open your sinus passages and help restore clear breathing. We have customers who do not have a snoring problem, but buy this product inorder to help bring relief from their allergies.
